These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websitehttps://diy.nippon-nshield.com/ ("Website"), including all purchases of products made through the Website.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Nshield offers automotive detailing, paint protection, maintenance, and related products.

While every effort has been made to accurately display product descriptions, images, specifications, packaging, and colours, actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing improvements, lighting conditions, screen settings, or batch variations.

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Your order shall be deemed accepted only after:

  1. Successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders), or
  2. Confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable, and
  3. Dispatch confirmation by the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  1. Pricing errors
  2. Product unavailability
  3. Suspected fraudulent activity
  4. Bulk or commercial purchases
  5. Incomplete customer information
  6. Delivery restrictions

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount shall be refunded through the original payment method.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and availability may change without prior notice.

The final payable amount shall be displayed at checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and Razorpay Magic Checkout.

Available payment methods may include:

  3. Debit Cards
  4. Net Banking
  5. Wallets
  6. EMI (subject to eligibility and participating banks)
  7. Cash on Delivery (available only for eligible pincodes)

The Company does not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.

Payment processing is subject to authorization by your issuing bank or payment provider. The Company shall not be liable for payment failures resulting from bank declines, technical issues, network failures, or payment gateway interruptions.

6. EMI Transactions

EMI options are facilitated by participating banks and financial institutions through Razorpay.

Approval of EMI is solely at the discretion of the respective financial institution and subject to customer eligibility.

The Company has no control over EMI approvals, interest rates, processing fees, or repayment schedules.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for selected pincodes.

The Company reserves the right to:

  1. verify COD orders through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or OTP confirmation;
  2. cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders;
  3. restrict COD availability for certain products, locations, or customers.

Repeated refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in restriction of future COD eligibility.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timelines mentioned in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided shipping address.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests shall be governed exclusively by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy available on the Website.

Refunds shall be processed only after verification and approval in accordance with that policy.

10. Product Usage & Shelf Life

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nshield products are not sold with a performance warranty.

Certain chemical products have a shelf life of up to 18 months from the date of manufacture, provided they are stored under recommended conditions.

Product performance depends upon:

  1. proper storage;
  2. correct surface preparation;
  3. application technique;
  4. environmental conditions;
  5. compliance with product instructions.

Improper storage, misuse, incorrect application, use after expiry, or use contrary to instructions may adversely affect product performance and shall not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers are advised to carefully read all product labels, instructions, and safety information before use.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to:
